Entry Limit: one entry per person and per email address per prize selected during the entry process; entrants may only register one time and must select all desired prizes during registration. To be clear, each entrant may select one, two, three, or four prizes when entering the promotion, but may not submit additional entries following the initial submission.
One (1) Grand Prize: A 2016 Honda Civic Sedan EX-L vehicle customized by Demi Lovato along with payment to the dealership for costs associated with sales taxes, registration, tags, title, and other legally required fees. Winner must look to manufacturer for warranty issues. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and other expenses not listed above including, but not limited to, insurance, extended warranties, and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering, or using the vehicle. Winner is also responsible for all costs associated with any optional accessories ordered by winner. Winner must take delivery from dealer specified by Sponsor. (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price for the vehicle is $23,700.) ARV: with customization and design is $41,000

Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for the winner and one guest from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest to the First Prize winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA; three nights standard hotel accommodations in Los Angeles (double occupancy); admission for two people to the Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas concert; a Meet and Greet opportunity with Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas; sight-seeing tour of Los Angeles; a $150 VISA prepaid card; a Honda Civic Tour gift bag; round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel, and between hotel and the event and hotel and the tour location.
