With Purchase Entry: for each 2015 Hess Toy Truck purchased in one of the following three ways: via an online purchase at hesstoytruck.com, a phone order by calling 1-844- HESSTOY (1-844-437-7869), or at a participating retail location.
Without Purchase Mail-in Entry: hand print your complete name, full address, including zip code, daytime telephone, e-mail address, and date of birth on a plain 3″ x 5″ paper, and mail your completed Entry in a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
