The Grand Prize winner in the Pep Boys September Sweepstakes will have the chance to #win $50,000, $5,000 or $1,000. Plus, there will be five winners of a $100 Pep Boys Gift Card.

Mail-In Entry: On a piece of 3″ x 5″ paper, neatly hand print your name, complete mailing address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth and enclose your completed entry in an envelope with first-class postage affixed and mail to:

All Mail-In entries must be postmarked by September 20, 2015 and received by September 25, 2015.

Entry Limit: one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize: the opportunity to win $50,000, $5,000 or $1,000. Once the potential winner is selected and his/her eligibility has been confirmed, a representative of the Administrator will visit the winner at a mutually convenient time and location. At that visit, the winner will then have the opportunity to win $50,000, $5,000 or $1,000. The winner will be handed a set of twenty-nine (29) sealed and uniquely numbered envelopes. The set of Envelopes will consist of five envelopes containing the message $50,000, nineteen (19) envelopes containing the message $5,000, and five envelopes containing the message $1,000. The winner must open one Envelope at a time until five Envelopes containing messages of the same prize level have been revealed. The winner must stop opening the Envelopes after five Envelopes containing messages of the same prize level have been revealed, thus determining the prize the winner wins.
