Anyone else having issues with the telephone number format? I’ve tried every way I know to put in a telephone number, and each time it says it needs it to be the requested format.

Yes, it doesn’t allow you to put in a phone number any other way. I hope they get this fixed!

Just type numbers, like this 123456789. The form will add the necessary parentheses.
I tried doing that several times and it didn’t work. It does work using a tablet or smartphone. Maybe they will fix it shortly for the computer
Just type the numbers into the field (no spaces). The form will fill in it he parentheses and the spaces automatically

I figured it out, don’t use an auto form filler. You have to type each box in by hand. Hope this helps! 🙂
I didn’t use an auto filler. Still won’t submit as it keeps saying that the phone # is not in the requested format. Since there’s only one way to enter the phone # being that they put in the format automatically as you type it, there’s no alternative.
