Same here, even the link at the bottom of page takes me to the beginning where they need a code.

I entered threw the link without any issues.
It is asking for a keyword. Does anyone know what goes in that box?
Survey is after filling everything out. It asks you to upload your receipt and under says “don’t gave a receipt? Click here”
Also because it almost confused me, it asked for the code they had texted me. So essentially texting just makes you go to the website and just makes it take longer
Where it asks for email and code, enter TIX for the code and it will get you through to the entry page. It wasn’t very clear what to do, took me a bit to figure it out.
