How To Enter:
1. Successfully submit the online ballot by fully completing all required fields as directed (35 entries)
2. Vote for one player for each infield position and up to three players for Outfield. Additionally, in the American League, vote for a Designated Hitter. You may write-in one player for each position, but may only enter that player name as a write-in once per ballot. Following the announcement of the 2015 All-Stars, be sure to return to MLB.com and cast your 2015 Esurance MLB All-Star Game Final Vote for the final player for each League’s All-Star roster. Finally, on Tuesday, July 14, 2015, watch the 2015 All-Star Game live on FOX and come to MLB.com to submit your choice for the Ted Williams Most Valuable Player Award presented by Chevrolet via the 2015 All-Star Game MVP Vote.
3. You will receive a survey by email. You will gain ten additional Entries into this Sweepstakes by following the steps in the email to complete and submit the survey during the Entry Period.
Entry Limit: forty-five (45) entries per person
Thirty-one (31) Prizes: Round trip, coach-class flight to/from major airport nearest Winner’s residence and Cincinnati, OH for Winner and one guest; Four night stay for Winner and one guest in a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing in Cincinnati, OH (one standard room, double occupancy); One MLB Club jersey and tech swag to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; and Two tickets for the 2015 MLB All-Star Game for Winner and one guest.
Prize Limit: one prize per household.
Random Drawing: one potential winner to be selected as the fan for each Club as designated by such Entrant at the time of Entry at random on or around July 1, 2015. One (1) additional potential winner by random drawing without regard to Club preference on or around July 3, 2015, from among (1) all eligible non-winning eligible Entries received for the First Entry Period and (2) from among all eligible Entries received for the Second Entry Period.
