Entries must be postmarked between April 28, 2015 and June 15, 2015. Partially completed entries will not be accepted, including entries by a single entrant without a co-entrant. Winners will be selected as a pair based on co-entrant identified on entry form

One (1) Grand Prize: One pair of Grand Prize entrants (winner and friend on entry form) and one parent or legal guardian per winner will receive a trip to Disneyland Theme Park in Anaheim, California. Grand Prize includes: four 1-Day tickets for admission to Disneyland Park; hotel accommodations for one room(quadruple occupancy)in Anaheim, California for four days and three nights, and round-trip airfare for four, unless winners are within three hours of travel by other public transportation.
