Online entry requires the completion of an insurance quote and entry of a promotion code signify respondent’s acceptance of receiving a sales solicitation from Mercury and/or an authorized Mercury representative. The completion of a quote in no way obligates the respondent to purchase insurance.
Mail-in Without Quote Entry: hand-print your full name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth, email address (if any) and the festival selections for which you wish to be entered on a 3″ x 5″ card and mailing it in a sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to:

To be eligible for a given festival trip drawing, the entry must include the entrant’s selection of a given festival AND be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on the day immediately preceding the festival trip drawing date (see below)
Entry Limit: one entry per household
Five (5) Grand Prizes (one per Trip): roundtrip air travel for two people; Deluxe hotel accommodations for two people (double occupancy) for three nights; VIP festival tickets for three days; Transportation from hotel to the festival; Tour of the AXS TV backstage production area; and The opportunity to conduct an interview that may (or may not) be broadcast on AXS TV. ARV: $3,000
Festival trip must be taken so as to attend the applicable Festival. Dates of Festivals are as follows:

- Rock on the Range Music Festival – Columbus, Ohio Festival Dates: May 15-17
- Firefly Music Festival – Dover, Delaware Festival Dates: June 18-21

I wish I want to be a winner for the sweepstakes especially like Radio Disney Music Awards! I want to be a singer with any celebrity such as Taylor Swift, Nick Jonas, Shawn Mendes, Ariana Grande, Fifth Harmony or whatever I could sing in a duet.
