Can’t enter any of the Disney sweeps today. I am getting an error message.

I keep getting the error message, too. I contacted support, but haven’t gotten a response yet. I hope they extend the sweepstakes to make up for the problems. 🙁
I received this response regarding the error:

We have seen reports of errors while attempting to enter for the Disney Flip Side Sweepstakes and are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, we suggest you clear your cache and delete your cookies and/or try accessing the site using an alternate browser. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, we suggest trying again later as the issue currently happens intermittently.
IE 8 and later
To clear your cache and cookies:
1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the General tab, in the Browsing history section, click the “Delete…” button. This will bring up the Delete Browsing History Box.
3. To Delete the cache, select “Temporary Internet files”.
4. For cookies, select “Cookies”.
5. Once complete, click Yes, and then click Close and OK again.
Firefox 2 & 3
To clear your cache and cookies:
1. On the Firefox Tools menu, click Options.
2. Check the “Ask Me before clearing private data”.
3. On the Privacy tab, in the Private Data section click on “Clear Now…”.
4. Make it so only Cache and Cookies are checked.
5. Click “Clear Private Data Now”.
6. Once complete, click OK.
Safari
To clear your cache and cookies:
1. From the Safari menu, click Empty Cache.
2. When asked Are you sure you want to empty the cache?, click Empty.
3. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
4. From the Security dialog box, click Bookmarks.
5. Click Show Cookies.
6. From the Cookie dialog box, click to choose a cookie, and click Remove or Remove All.
7. Click Done.
Google Chrome
To clear your cache and cookies:
1. Click on tool bar (looks like a wrench in the upper right hand corner).
2. From the dropdown, click on “History”.
3. Click “Edit Items…” in the top right corner
4. Click “Clear All Browsing Data…”
5. Be sure that “Empty the cache” and “Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data” are check marked. The others are optional.
6. Click “Clear Browsing Data”.
