Figured it out. There are only three videos we can retweet. Sweetie posted them under “Videos Tweets to Retweet” I was using the videos above that.

How do you RT something you already RTed?
I tried copy and pasting but that didn’t work. Then I tried undoing my RT (by clicking on the RT button) and RT’ing it again and it worked!

Try clicking on the RT icon in order to undo your tweet and then RT’ing it again. It worked for me. .
that just RTs the same tweet. still on RT one time no matter how many times u undo it

I think you can only enter 1 time, meaning you can only RT once per day.
