How To Get A Code: Beginning on or about December 1, 2014 through January 31, 2015 look on specially marked Chicken Soup for the Soul products for a Promotion PIN Code. Specially marked packages are available while supplies last. Once you have a PIN Code, go to the Website, complete the registration process and/or log-in to your account and follow the instructions above to determine whether or not you are a prize winner. Requests must be postmarked by January 31, 2015 and received by February 6, 2015. Upon receipt, a representative of the Sponsor will play the game for you. Only winners will be notified. Limit one (1) request per day. Limit one (1) request per outer stamped mailing envelope.
Entry Limit: one entry per person per day regardless of method of entry.
One (1) Grand Prize: $5,000,000. The prize amount, if won, shall be paid in fifty (50) equal annual installments of $100,000 each without interest. The winner will be given the option to accept a lump sum cash settlement amount to be negotiated by and between the verified winner and Sponsor based on annuity rates in existence at the time of the prize payment. In the event of multiple Grand Prize winners, the Grand Prize will be equally split among all eligible and confirmed Grand Prize winners.
One Hundred (100) Prizes: $50 Walmart gift card
