Since I was a young child, I have been interested in land and what it means to our nation. My mother gardened. My father worked with grain farmers and owned a farm animal feed business. I have always been fascinated by harvest-time! Ask my family…we go combine hunting every autumn! I garden with pleasure to store for my family and friends! Last year, I gardened in 3 locations! Just recently, I have started reading The John Deere Story, by Neil and Jeremy Dahlstrom! I love it and hope to plan a field trip to Moline, Illinois soon! It is an hour and a half from my home.
