Eligibility: US, DC, 18 and older

Entry Date: November 24, 2014 and ends on December 23, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM ET

Entry Methods:

1. Facebook: Capital One or CapitalOne 360 Upload a thirty second (:30) or less video or photograph and/or message in 500 words or less which identifies your wish for another individual, family, group or organization valued between $750 and $500,000, include the hashtag #WishForOthers

2. Twitter Entry: Upload a thirty second (:30) or less video or photograph and/or message in 140 characters or less which identifies your wish for another individual, family, group or organization valued between $750 and $500,000, include the hashtag #WishForOthers

3. Instagram Entry: Upload a fifteen (:15) second or less video or photograph and/or message in 150 characters (“Instagram post”) or less which identifies your wish for another individual, family, group or organization valued at between $750 and $500,000, include the hashtag #WishForOthers

4. Email Entry: Send an email to [email protected] and upload a thirty second (:30) video or less or photograph and/or message in 500 words or less which identifies your wish for another individual, family, group or organization valued between $750 and $500,000

5. Via a Capital One 360 Café Wishing Booth Event: Sponsor will host Capital One 360 Café Wishing Booth Events in New York City, NY, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL and San Francisco, CA between November 28, 2014 and December 2, 2014. See Rules for locations. Entrants will be required to upload a fifteen second (:15) or less video or photo and/or message in 140 words or less which identifies your wish for another individual, family, group or organization valued between $750 and $500,000 to a designated kiosk on display.

ALL ENTRIES WILL BE JUDGED TO DETERMINE THE WINNERS.

Entry Limit: one entry per person, per Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram account or email address per day and each Video, Photo and Message must be different. Entry is limited to one entry per person per Capital One 360 Cafe Wishing Booth Event.

Two (2) Social Large Wish Prizes: Two  Winners will each receive one customized Wish brought to life by Sponsor related to the Wish stated in the corresponding winning Entry up to $150,000 plus a check made payable to the Winner in the amount of fifty-two thousand dollars ($52,500) to the Winner’s order for tax assistance. The ARV of each Social Large Wish Prize: $202,500

Twenty-One (21) 360 Café Wish Prizes: Twenty-one (21) Winners will each receive one $1,000 Reward Card. ARV of each 360 Café Wish Prize: $1,000.00.

Two Hundred and Twenty-One (221) Social Small Wish Prizes: Two hundred and twenty-one (221) Winners will each receive one (1) Reward Card valued between seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) and five thousand dollars ($5,000). ARV of each Social Small Wish Prize: between $750 and $5,000. The ARV of the Social Small Wish Prize will be dependent upon the fair market value of the Wish stated in the winning Entry at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Twenty-Eight (28) Social Medium Wish Prizes: Twenty-eight (28) Winners will each receive one (1) customized Wish brought to life related to the Wish stated in the corresponding winning Entry plus a check made payable to the Winner, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, for tax assistance. The value of the Social Medium Wish will be dependent upon the fair market value of the Wish stated in the winning Entry at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The ARV of each Social Medium Wish Prize: between $1,000 and $10,000.

Prize Limit: one prize per individual, family, group or organization.

Judging Criteria: (i) Originality/Creativity 20%; (ii) Relevance to theme of making the holidays brighter for others 30%; (iii) Feasibility based on the guidelines of this Contest and at the sole discretion of the Sponsor 30%; and (iv) an up to thirty (30) minute SKYPE or telephone interview between November 24, 2014 and December 5, 2014 at the sole discretion of the Sponsor 20%
