Watch “The Doctors” each week (check your local listings for time and channel for the unique code word for the week. There will be one unique code displayed during an original airing of The Doctors each broadcast week (Monday through Friday). Each code issued in this Sweepstakes is only good for entry for the week during which it was issued.

One (1) Grand Prize: Winner may choose one of the following:
A Lennar Next Gen, The Home Within a Home, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, approximately 2,479 sq. ft. home located at 141 Cloudbreak, Irvine, California within Pavilion Park, the first Great Park Neighborhood. ARV: $1,000,000. Prize award subject to execution of purchase and sale contract provided by Lennar and the conditions set forth in the contract and in these Official Rules.
OR
A cash prize of $450,000.00 in lieu of the Lennar home. Cash prize will be awarded as a check payable to the Winner, and a portion of the cash prize, if chosen by the Winner, may be subject to federal and/or state tax withholding.
