Eligibility: US, DC, and be the parent, grandparent or legal guardian of a child up to age twelve (12) (K-6 students) who is enrolled in a classroom with a teacher who is participating in the 2014 – 2015 BOOK IT! program school year in a public, private, parochial or home school
Entry Dates: October 1, 2014 and ends May 1, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. CT
During the Entry Period, the child(ren) must comply with the BOOK IT! reading goal facilitated by child’s(rens’) teacher, and collect goal stickers from a participating Pizza Hut restaurant for all 6months of the BOOK IT! reading program. The stickers are to be affixed to the BOOK IT! “Passport” is provided to the child by a participating Pizza Hut location. After all 6 stickers are affixed to the Passport bookmark, the bookmark AND the Sweepstakes entry form (which is attached to the Passport) is to be sent (via mail, UPS, or other courier) to:

When a student redeems their monthly Reading Award Certificate, they will receive a free Personal Pan Pizza, a Passport to Reading Award and a sticker for each of the monthly visits
Entry Limit: one valid entry per child
One (1) Grand Prize: $30,000 education fund for the child on whose behalf the Passport was submitted, awarded in the form of a 10-year term annuity issued by Sponsor’s choice of insurance company

What if the student has the passport but teachers don’t have stickers and are new and they told me, one of the aids at the school to assist?
How to get the stickers needed once the students meet their monthly goals?
