  1. I like these cigarette brand.

  2. I was listed as a winner of this $5000 contest. I haven’t gotten my paperwork yet. I was wondering if there were any other winners of this contest out there? Have any of you guys gotten your paperwork or info of how to claim this prize?

    • Lynda McMillan says:

      • Well, thanks but don’t congratulate me too soon. I mean, I was announced a winner on December 4th. I’m kinda worried. I mean, I’ve emailed and called and contacted them over and over. But still no paperwork. Now when I contact them, they don’t write back. I’m very concerned.

But thank you for congratulating me. I was so excited when my entry was listed! I just hope the real excitement comes when I fill out that paperwork and get that check!

        • Hey.

I was announced a winner on Dec. 10, and I haven’t received anything either. I have called them every other week or so since then to inquire on the status. I don’t want to be crazy pushy, but $5000 would be pretty sweet right about now, and I don’t want to risk losing it on a technicality. They at first told me that legal would send the paperwork as soon as all winners were announced (dec. 31). Then, in the first week or so of January they told me that they had to process it. Then last week I was told that they hire an outside company to run the sweepstakes and they have to send us the paperwork, and since it is not their system, the customer service agent said she had no idea when that would be.

Honestly, When I first found out I was so stoked, and now I am thinking it may have been a scam, or at least a situation where hardly anyone would be able to claim their winnings. Hopefully this is not the case, as I really enjoy certain rjr products and I will definitely stop buying them if it turns out to be smoke and mirrors.

Anyways, Keep posting here and I’ll update if I receive anything.

          • OMG! Another fellow winner! Okay, so it’s not just me. Yeah, I don’t want to be crazy pushy either. Thanks so much for responding. I will also post on here again to let everyone know the progress of this. Please keep us posted of your experience, too.

          • Hi alix,

Keep your eyes on your email. I rec’d my affidavit!! It’s all done electronically. You will only have a few days to sign and return it. I’m so excited!

          • Hey, I got mine and filed it too! Glad you got yours and we are one step closer!

          • Make sure that you get a confirmation email that your document is COMPLETE. You can also email them, and they will respond to let you know that they got it. I accidentally did it wrong the first time. I emailed to make sure, and they let me know right away that they hadn’t rec’d my document. I tried again the next day, and it went through.
Also, just to let you know, I got my check today via FedEx! I was so excited. So everyone out there, please know that people really can win these things. Just keep trying.

I also want to give a big THANK YOU to Camel! You guys are the best!!! Thank you!!!

  3. Wow! Congratulations…wish I could help with the details but no win here… oh well.. enjoy!

  4. Congrads! That’s great news!

  8. So my bf got an email that said he was a winner and he did that form online too.. I still don’t know if I believe this is real and he’s gonna be crushed if its a scam or something.. How long after u did paper work did u get ur check? I am the glass half empty kinda person so I’m very skeptical about this..

    • I also won. It took about a week to get the check after the paperwork was done. Did your bf get his check?
