In-Store: Entry forms are available at participating Bass Pro Shops locations. To enter, complete an official entry form or hand print your name, complete address, daytime phone number, email address and date of birth on a 3”x5” piece of paper and deposit it in an official ballot box at one of the participating Bass Pro Shops locations

Entry Limit: one entry per person per method of entry

One (1) Grand Prize: 2014 Toyota 4Runner Trail (4.0L V6). ARV: $38,920; and a trip for winner and one guest to San Juan Island in Washington. Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation from the major commercial airport closest to winner’s residence; use of a rental car; standard double-occupancy accommodations for 3 nights at Snug Harbor Resort & Marina(Sponsor will cover a maximum of $3,000in air travel, rental car and accommodations costs); a private kayak tour; two Ascend Kayaks; and a GoPro Hero 3+ camera. Total approximate retail value of this portion of prize is $5,545. Total Grand Prize ARV: $44,465.00
