One Grand Prize: consists of a trip for Grand Prize winner and one Travel Companion to Honolulu, HI (“Honolulu”) plus one year of free flowers from Teleflora (awarded as 12-$75 bouquets (in the form of Teleflora gift card(s) plus service charges with total retail value of flowers at $1,163. USD (approximately $1,279.30 CAD)) for the Grand Prize winner. The Trip includes the following: (i) round- trip (“R/T”) economy class airfare for two (2) from the major U.S. or Canadian gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Honolulu (ARV of up to $1,300.00 USD (approximately $1,430. CAD) each ticket), (ii) R/T ground transfers between airport and hotel in Honolulu (ARV of up to $200.00 USD (approximately $220. CAD) pre-paid gift card. All specific elements of the Grand Prize are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designee(s). The ARV of the Grand Prize is approximately $6,896.00 USD (approximately $7,585.60 CAD). The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations, Hotel charges and transfer charges at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded.
Random Drawings: Daily Drawing winners: Thirty-one (31) potential winners will be selected for each Daily Drawing in a random drawing from among eligible Entries received for that Daily Drawing. Daily Drawing random drawings will be held at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. Final Drawing winners: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner and two (2) potential First Prize winners will be selected in the Final Drawing to be held no later than 5/19/14 from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
