Anyone else having a problem with the codes? I mailed off for codes and received 6.
One worked and the other five said they had already been used. I emailed them and they said they were looking into it and would respond in 3 business days and it’s been 6. I emailed again.
Am leery at this point of sending for anymore codes…
Finally received new codes. Took 1 month from the time I mailed for code to resolution.
I don’t see where the free codes are. Please help.
the Online AMOE Free Code Request will be available from March 28, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. ET through April 8, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET
I’m so sorry I miss read I thought it said March 18. 🙁
I am cross-posting from Facebook. I have a very frustrating problem. I need help with a complaint. Anyone else having trouble with the Coke Zero Enjoy More Madness 2014? We had trouble with last year’s promotion and this year it is the exact same problem. eprize is unresponsive and dodgy and that is where the “questions” are supposed to be directed. So do I go to Coca-Cola, or the Attny Gen in the state in which Coke is incorporated or do I go to the FTC?
What does it mean when I enter a code and it says “sorry, you just missed your shot” and I don’t get a bracket entry? I thought every code did?
Angela, I have the same exact problem. I am entering codes (5 per day) & it has said every time that I missed my shot & didn’t get a bracket entry. This promotion is confusing, but it does tell me that I’m getting sweepstakes entries so I’m just going to continue entering the codes everyday *shrugs*
