So does our mail in entry also get included in the instant win drawing?
I was thinking it enters you into the instant win drawing and the winners of the instant wins will be entered for the Grand prize. I think I read that in the rules somewhere. This whole thing seems confusing to me. So do the entries “roll over” into the next month? I don’t think it says that.
