You can also redeem twenty (20) points, for which you will receive one Sweepstakes entry toward Prize 2, or toward Prize 3.
To enter by Mail-in Method of Entry: To enter without redeeming points, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, e-mail address and age on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope (complete with proper postage) addressed to the P.O.
