How to Remove Facebook Apps

When entering Facebook sweepstakes, you often have to approve a Facebook app. These Facebook apps can get corrupted over time and stop working. While it won’t cause damage to your computer it could make your Facebook account not work properly. If you ever go to your Timelime and it is blank or you try to enter a sweepstakes and get a blank screen, it could be caused by a corrupt Facebook app.

It is very easy to remove unused or corrupt Facebook apps and make your Facebook account work properly again.

You don’t have to remove all of the Facebook apps you have approved. If you do remove them and visit a Facebook page that requires the approval of an app you will have to authorize it again.

Visit the Facebook Apps page. Make sure you are signed into your account to see the apps you have approved.

Scroll down and click Show All Apps to see the full list of apps you have approved.
