I have been sending mail in entries for this GNC sweepstakes, to the address listed. Lately I received two entries back saying : “Return to Sender, Not Deliverable as addressed. Unable to Forward. What could be the problem?
Sweetie says
I’m not sure. I just checked the rules and the address we have listed is what is shown in the rules

Helo, I’ve kept on sending in mail-in entries to this GNC Total Lean Chanllenge Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 3894, Grand Central Station, New York, NY, 10163 and in the mail today, I received 8 (eight) entries back in the mail: “NIXIE 100 4E 1009 0102/13/14, RETURN TO SENDER, NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED, UNABLE TO FORWARD”, BC: 34982586007 *0375-038701-14-42. Thank you for checking the rules and the address to enter is correct as you know it. BUT, something is wrong and It appears more now then back on January 20th, 2014 when I first reported the problem, than I cannot enter this address as the mail-in address is listed? I don’t know if someone else is experience this problem or not. But I am wasting time materials and stamps on this sweepstakes. OR, is something wrong with the Post Office? Sadly I will never know about that. Any suggestions? The obvious one is to drop this sweepstakes and cut my losses, but it is strange that I never had this problem with any other mail in sweepstakes ever.

This is my last post on this sweepstakes. I just received in the mail. return entries, 19 total, saying ” return to sender, not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward”. This was a learning experience. First time for me that a mailing address given and checked by you and me, If I can or can you provide a address that I can address a complaint to? Thank You for all you do.

William, I am having the same problem. I’m glad I’m not the only one who got entries back, I thought I had done something wrong. Today I got back 7 entries that were labeled as undeliverable. So I went online to double check the address & yes the address was correct! Kinda pissed that I wasted all those stamps & didn’t get those 7 entries. Well who knows if ANY entries actually got there?? Now I’m wondering if I should bother with any more entries. I’m not rich & I don’t want to waste stamps.

Now that I’ve gotten 7 entries back, I’m thinking that the rest will be eventually returned too. If so, that means I wasted almost 2 books of stamps on this bogus sweepstakes. I’m angry that I wasted all that money on stamps, not to mention my time & effort. What is wrong with them that they can’t get the address correct?? I did email both GNC & MapMyFitness, here’s hoping that they can at least acknowledge the screw-up. It’s not fair to the thousands who entered by mail (assuming lots of other people also got returned entries). I’m just sitting here seething thinking about the groceries I could have bought with that money. Oh well, I just have to get over it I guess.

I contacted GNC about this problem—mail-in entries being returned as undeliverable. GNC has corrected the address in the official rules. Here is the correct address: GNC Total Lean Challenge Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1916, New York, New York 10156.
Sweetie says
Thank you for sharing the correct address Amy. I updated our post with the new address.
Amy Jones says
Thank you for updating. GNC was very nice about the whole problem & apologetic. I am glad that they were able to catch the mistake & fix it. I did waste a lot of money on stamps sending entries to the wrong address, but oh well, things like that can happen sometimes. I do have time to enter the last 2 weeks of the sweepstakes, so I’m grateful for that.

I am not postive you might want to get in touch with them again. You might be able to bundle your returns if you kept them and send them all in at one time. since it was thier mistake.
