Enter with Purchase In-Stores November 29 – December 24, 2013: Each calendar day during the remainder of the promotion, one winner will be selected at random for each participating Kohl’s Department Store. At each participating Kohl’s Department Store, the first eligible person who completes a purchase at a randomly pre-selected time (during normal store hours of operation on that day) will potentially win the sum of their point-of-sale/cash register (non-kiosk and non-tablet computer, where available) transaction (excluding purchases of gift cards and Kohl’s Cares® cause merchandise) at that Store, up to a maximum of $5,000.00.
Enter Without Purchase In-Stores: bring any item available for sale to any register for a price inquiry. YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO BUY THE ITEM IN QUESTION AS A CONDITION OF ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES NOR WILL BUYING THE ITEM IN ANY WAY IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Take an item to get priced and not buy it. Is just a way to make the lines longer at Christmas. I was in the store to day and there weren’t any clerks in the shoe department. I had them paged twice and no one showed up. I was in that department for an hour and no one showed up to help. Yes I did make my purchase but feel you are short on help.
So do I need to put anything in the email other than the heading?
Checkout time was lengthy; not enough
registers open. There were some very
good buys but sale merchandise was a
mess, no rhyme nor reason on locations.
Also, all sizes were mixed up and it took
way too much time to see if item was available
in proper size. The racks were so overcrowded
it was almost impossible to look without items
tangling and falling off the racks. Had I been under
a time constraint I would have gone elsewhere
to shop.

It was a great shopping experience
I was in the Hixson, Tn store on 11/30/13 & again on 12/01/13. I had things on hold from 11/30/13 & called to verify they were there on 12/01/13, when I arrived no one could find my merchandise. I waited for over 15-20min for them to locate parts of it.
When I finished shopping after 2 1/2 hrs later with my mother-in-law, I was convinced to fill out for a credit card. ..which I did, no one ask for my id until they had already rang up my entire purchase incorrect I may add!! The things that were placed on hold by the Store Mng were not given to me @ the right price. .& after all this I still PAYED WITH A DEBIT CARD! NO ONE ASK FOR ID…THEN I TURNED AROUND & PAID ON MOTHER-IN-LAWS ACCOUNT..WITH A CHECK! NO ONE ASK FOR ID…
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PROCESS & THIS NIGHT MNG..
WHEN I was in parking lot talking to girlfriend about it the mng pulled up & told us that we had to leave her lot they were closed & she couldn’t leave until we did…Needless to say I didn’t leave there were plenty of cars in the lot @ this point. ….
