Entry Limit: one photo entry per person per day and one Social entry per person per day.
There will be twenty four (24) Hourly Periods for each of the following days: 11/29/13, 11/30/13, 12/01/13; and 12/02/13. One Hourly Photo Prize will be awarded for each Hourly Period for each Entry Date, for a total of ninety six (96) Hourly Photo Prizes. Photo Entries submitted on each Entry Date will be eligible to win the Hourly Photo Prize available to be won during the Hourly Period the Photo Entry is received, as well as the Hourly Photo Prize for each subsequent Hourly Period remaining for that Entry Date. Participants must submit a new Photo Entry on each Entry Date to be eligible to win any Hourly Photo Prize available on that Entry Date.

Prizes will be awarded as a deposit to the winner’s Capital One 360 account, or by check made out to the winner if he/she does not have a Capital One 360 account, within 4-6 weeks of the end of the Promotion Period.
Grand Prize Judging: On or around 12/27/13
Social Contest Judging: Each Social Entry will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges (“Judges”) and assigned a composite score based upon the following weighted criteria: A) Creativity (40%); B) Originality (30%); and C) Emotional Impact (30%)
