Mail-in Additional Entry: For any Additional Entry not able to be received via the Facebook Additional Entry option, on a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly print or type your name, age, complete address, city, state, zip code, home phone number (including area code), and email address. Then, mail your 3” x 5” card in a postage-affixed sealed envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2014 and be received by November 7, 2014. Entrant must have entered via one of the two Online Entry methods in order to enter via the Mail-in Additional Entry option. Each envelope received via the Mail-in Additional Entry will receive two  Additional Entries into the Sweepstakes.

Entry Limit: one online entry per person/e-mail address + bonus entries for sharing.
