Visit a participating Design Center: During regular store hours, visit a design store in the Territory and complete and submit an official entry form. Entry forms will be available in design stores via touch screens, tablets and desktop computers . Entries must be received by close of business on December 22, 2013.
By Mail: Hand-print your name, complete address, day and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and email on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with first class postage affixed to:
