I don’t think those 3 on the bottom are windows because I can see a yellow pipe in there
Steve D says
Hard to understand why the side or back of a building is considered to be significant enough to make the place historical.
Seems like the only clue we have is those vertical symbols.
Oil says
Any luck on clues? 🙁
debbiek55 says
Gymnasium?
OIL says
Maybe court house?
Jay says
Auditorium or civic center.
OIL says
Historical building or Library
Jay says
Maybe that is a clock that is on the top? it looks like it was erased
Steve D says
What would you call the symbol on the wall (two of them).
It’s not really a “star.” Anybody know what you would call the design?
jorie says
Bingo.

Seul Choix Point Lighthouse
on Lake Michigan
The Haunted Lighthouse
14 miles east of Manistique, Michigan
672 N West Gulliver Lake Road
Gulliver, Michigan 49840
Jay says
It looks like the right lighthouse, but it doesn’t quite match up with the house from the picture of the day. i.e. the chimneys are located differently
Charles T. says
Considering what we’ve had to deal with recently, he definitely threw a bone today. Here is the matching picture for the 08/05 image: http://fulltimervtravel.com/2011-rv-travel/full-time-rv-travel-wind-point-lighthouse-wisconsin/

Thanks Charles.
Not your caption, but I assume the caption shown on the pic you found is wrong…it is not the capitol building, it is actually the Old Courthouse. Right?
Charles T. says
Good catch! It’s definitely a good thing to look around and verify. Here is a correct matching picture and caption for the 08/06 image: http://barnsis.redbubble.com/sets/61196/works/3420984-the-old-court-house-st-louis
Jay says
This is the Old S. Louis County Courthouse in St. Louis, Missouri
Jay says
sorry..meant to type St. Louis, not S. Louis..my bad 🙂
Harry says
I believe that this is the final week.

Charles T. says
Ah yes, the Traveler12b returns. Great find. FYI: Once again, the caption is a little off. It is actually located in the village of Wind Point, just outside Racine (I checked the map too to make sure): http://www.wrightinwisconsin.org/WrightSites/WingspreadWindPoint.aspx
Traveler12b says
Yep, Charles, I’ve been traveling but I’m back now for the end of this fun game. Can’t wait to see what the picture will be on Sunday. Maybe another American Legion post? 🙂
KSS says
Is it a photo of the interior of my house?
I wish.
OIL says
Any visual clues for 08/09?
