I did Amy, it took about 40 minutes or so but I received an email and filled out the information. I hope you get yours soon, if not, I would contact them.
I received my winning text, and it it took app. 40 minutes to receive a winning email for redeeming. I won the 1600 Xbox live points of which my son will be totally delighted about. I did not have any issues submitting my information. For those that may be having issues, remember to use the phone number that you texted on, if you texted, and not any other phone number. It might hang you up while attempting to redeem your prize…just some FYI.
