Eligibility: open only to legal residents in the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of October 10, 2012, have an active passport that is valid as of October 10, 2012 and that will not expire prior to December 10, 2012, may legally travel from the United States to New Zealand under current TSA regulations and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations, and and who have access to the Internet at all times during the Sweepstakes Period and subsequent Prize Award Period
