Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Entry Dates: October 1, 2012 and ends on December 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT

Look for specially-marked Palermo’s Hand Tossed Style Pizza and Palermo’s Primo Thin Pizza packages, which will contain a unique code printed inside the box, generally available from October 1, 2012 through December 17, 2012, while supplies last. You may also obtain a unique code without purchase by mail (see below).
