Enter With Purchase: visit a participating OfficeMax location in the eligibility areas and ship a package via FedEx Express or FedEx Ground and tender payment at an OfficeMax ImPress® counter and you will automatically receive one Sweepstakes entry for each eligible package shipped. When shipping, Participant must include his/her full name, address and daytime phone number on the shipping form in order to be eligible. You cannot obtain an entry for shipments deposited in a FedEx Express Drop Box located at an OfficeMax location.
Enter by Mail Without Purchase: to enter without shipping a package, print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and age on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to:
