I was just on Kmarts FB page, you can only enter once, not many entries a day like I have been doing. What a waste of postage.

    • Amy Conyers says

Thank you Donna! I checked their FB page too. It is unfortunate that they did not put that in the official rules. This is my first mail-in experience and I have wasted at least $30 in postage. I appreciate the heads up. My plan today was to prepare 10 more entries!
I HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS SO THEY WON’T SEND MORE THAN 1 ENTRY AND SAVE THEIR STAMPS!!!

  2. Yea what a shame. They should have put that in the original rules. But can we still enter at different stores once each? Or only once overall for all stores including online store?

    • also, do you think they disqualified the people who entered more than once or kept one of their entries to carry over?

  3. I would like to know if they disqualify those who sent in multiple entries? I am afraid to even ask. If they disqualify a person from the store they entered for or if they disqualify from the whole sweepstakes?

  4. OK, I see the rules are that you may only enter once according to the FB page. I am confused though, because “Eve” did 70 entries to 4 different stores, and “Liza” had entered about 5 times a week for two weeks and both ladies won. They didn’t get disqualified for entering more than once. So, I am slightly confused now. I tend to stay that way though. ha ha..

  5. Nicole Dziedzic says

I ALSO SPENT $18.00 ON POSTAGE, SO I THINK WE ALL HAVE TO TAKE A LOSS, BUT AS YOU CAN SEE OTHER PPL MAILED IN MORE THEN ONE AND STILL WON, SO I’M PRETTY SURE FOR THOSE WHO MAILED IN MORE THEN ONE ARE FINE AND NOT DISQUALIFIED LIKE MYSELF, MAYBE SOMEONE SHOULD CONTACT EPRIZE DIRECTLY AND CLARIFY THE RULES ON THIS, CUZ KMART MIGHT BE CONFUSED AS WELL.

  6. I myself have spent some money on postage, so hoefully it wasn’t a waste. I did find a email for eprize it’s [email protected]

  7. I also saw the winners above with multiple entries (congrats to all!) I hope I am just over analyzing. LOL I know what you mean on the postage, I spent a good $30.00. Oh well, now I can save future postage costs for gas money. πŸ˜€

  8. Is a P.O. Box okay? or street address?

  9. I emailed Eprize Saturday about the question about the Official Rules and what kmart was stating on their facebook page. I received a reponse back
today. These is what the email said.

PLEASE KNOW THAT PER SWEEPSTAKES RULES “YOU WILL RECEIVE ONE(1)
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY IN TO THE APPLICABLE KMART LOCATION INDICATED
ON YOUR MAIL ENTRIES ENVELOPE. LIMIT ONE(1) ENTRY PER ENVELOPE.”
    SINCERELY AUTUMN EPRIZE

So that means our postage wasn’t wasted, GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!

    • Hi Terry can you give me the email for the epize because I feel as though they got over on me gave me a gift card for 74.00 the store said I was a alternate winner πŸ™

  10. For those who won, what phone number do they call from? Is the call from the Kmart store or from eprize?

    Congrats to the winners. πŸ™‚

  11. Does that mean we cannot enter multiple times period or we cannot enter multiple times per store?

    • I think it probably means one per store since most people would only get one layaway per store. Of course, they may only want one entry total. It’s hard to say for sure. If you are unsure you could ask them on their Facebook page

  12. Hmmm, confusing all around.

  13. Well I’m sure that the initial reason they ran this sweeps is to promote layaway. So the intention was to get more people to put items on layaway but then they added the no purchase mail in as well. Hence they push the layaway aspect. I wouldn’t say they are being unfair. It doesn’t surprise me that Kmart employess may not even know this sweep is going on. I work at a large world wide store (not Kmart) but there is a promo going on if you use the store credit card you are entered for a sweepstakes. I bet 20 out of 100 employees in the store even know its going on.
You can’t blame them for trying to up their business. The person on the FB probably has nothing to do with the promotion at all and is trying to answer the best they can. I will admit it is super confusing for us all to be able to know what is going on!! Good luck!

    • No offense but your response seems a little rude. She was only politely responding to a point you made about Kmart promoting layaway, and was in no way asking for an argument or explanations. No sweepstakes is really ‘unfair,’ b/c at the base of it companies are giving away stuff for free when they don’t have to. I’m sure they have posted the sweepstakes rules on their Facebook page, so people can definitely find all of the entry methods. Anyways, not trying to start an argument, I just don’t like seeing people arguing on a site that it supposed to be about helping & supporting each other.

  14. Hello:

I wanted to go ahead and post this so everyone will know.

I emailed eprize last week and this is the response I got, I asked about multiple entries, wanted to make sure the entries would roll over, and just a few specifics on handwritten entries. This is the reply I got, I hope it’s helpful…….

    Hi Jinny,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us. You may send in more than one entry. Please make sure that you only have one entry per envelope and that everything is hand written. All of the entries from each period are rolled over to the other period if you are not the winner of a particular period.

I would suggest, for daytime phone and evening phone you write it after it in parenthesis. I would write (D.O.B.) after your date of birth and I would write Store # 123445 (whatever the store number happens to be). Just so that everything is clear.

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reply to this email. I will be more than happy to help.

    Have a wonderful day!

    • Thanks for checking with ePrize on this Jinny. i guess we can go ahead and enter again. Do you think they meant to also write the store number on the entry that goes in the envelope.

  15. I think that’s what she meant. I will e-mail her back just to be sure.

  16. Heads up, eprize is making calls right now notifying, it’s an 866 number. Good luck!

  17. Michelle R says

  20. Just received my Kmart gift card. It arrived with the regular mail.

    • Amy Conyers says

About how many weeks did it take to arrive. Yesterday the lady I spoke with said 8-10 weeks but i have seen some others have received it sooner! Congrats!

  21. What happens if noone is home when they call? Does anyone know? Do you get DQ or do they just mail your prize?

  22. Michelle R says
