I tried to enter this again today for the new weekly period 9/24 – 9/30 and received an error message at the top of the entry form which indicated I have reached my entry limit. So, went to the rules and found this: “Entries submitted during a Weekly Period will be eligible for the Weekly Period drawing in which it was submitted as well as all subsequent drawings.” So, am thinking this is a one-time?
