How to Enter the Contest: register at kabob.johnsonville.com and submit a picture of your homemade “Kabob Creations” dish containing any Johnsonville Sausage. A “Kabob” dish is defined as meat cooked on a skewer/stick. Entries that do not meet this requirement will be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Two (2) Contest Grand Prizes: “Kabob Creations” Prize Package which includes an EGG package: Large Big Green Egg plus Nest, EGG Mates, 20lb bag of lump charcoal, Ashtool, Grill Gripper and box of Firestarters from The Big Green Egg, One Year’s Supply of Johnsonville Sausage. ARV: $1,190. No cash option is available.
Grand Prize Judging & Winner Selection: Winners will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, on or about July 29, 2012 in a two round judging process.
Round 1: All eligible Entries with a “Kabob Creations” Photo/Description will be judged by a panel of judges based upon the following equally weighted criteria:
- a.) Originality and Creativity
- b.) Presentation & Visual Appeal
The entrants who submit the eight (8) highest scoring “Kabob Creations” Photos/Description will be deemed Finalists and move on to Round 2 judging.
Round 2: The eight (8) highest scoring entrants from Round 1 will be notified by phone and/or email that they are finalists and will be asked to submit details of the “Kabob Creations” Recipe. The eight (8) finalist “Kabob Creations” Recipes will be prepared and judged based on the following equally weighted criteria:
- a.) Balance of Flavors/Taste
- b.) Creativity/Uniqueness
- c.) Presentation/Appearance
The (2) “Kabob Creations” dishes that receive the highest score will be deemed the (2) Grand Prize winning Entries
Grand Prize Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by certified mail, phone and/or email
