Eligibility: open only to permanent legal residents of the United States who are currently residing in the fifty (50) U.S. (including DC), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of their participation.

How to Enter: two ways

Facebook/Four Square: visit www.facebook.com/baskinrobbins and follow the on-screen prompts to select Facebook Places or Foursquare and check-in to a participating U.S. Domestic Baskin-Robbins Location to see if you won a prize.

Three (3) check-ins total, per person, per day, regardless of BR Location and regardless of Location Based Social Network utilized.

Via Mail: hand print your full name, address, email, phone number, and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage, to:

Limit: one mail-in envelope per person, per day. For each eligible mail-in envelope the Administrator receives, you will receive the equivalent of three (3) check-ins. The check-ins will be counted as if they were performed on the day the envelope is postmarked.

The trip package includes: two (2) JetBlue Airways Round-Trip Travel Certificates; two (2) nights at a Sponsor selected hotel in NYC; two (2) tickets to the MIB3 Movie Premiere; and a check for $1,000 for the Instant Prize winner only. Second Chance Drawing: In the event there is not enough check-ins, and therefore not enough Instant Win Game plays to award all Instant Prizes, any remaining Instant Prizes will be awarded via a Second Chance random drawing. The Second Chance random drawing, if necessary, will be performed on or about 6/25/12, and will award any forfeited or un-awarded Instant Prizes from all eligible check-ins received.
