Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry. Residents of Puerto Rico are ineligible to enter.

Entry Dates: begins on February 13, 2012 at 12:00 PM (noon) ET and ends on February 14, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM ET

Once the Entry Phase ends, there will be an Initial Judging Phase from February 15, 2012 at 12:00 AM ET through February 15, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM ET. During the Initial Judging Phase,the fifty (50) Entries with the highest Initial Score as determined by Administrator’s Judge using the Judging Criteria set forth below. The Final Judging Phase, which will begin on February 16, 2012, the top fourteen (14) Finalists that receive highest Final Score will be declared the potential Grand Prize Winners. The Sponsor will announce the Grand Prize Winners on or about February 16, 2012.

Entry Limit ten (10) Entries per Contestant during the Contest Period. To be eligible to win a Grand Prize, an Entry must be received by February 14, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

The Judging Criteria consist of the following weighted factors:

• Creativity 34%
• Originality 33%
• Sincerity 33%

Fourteen (14) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a 16 GB Droid Razr mobile phone. Subject to availability, each Grand Prize Winner will be able to choose the color of the Prize. The ARV of each prize is $599.00. Note: the Prize does not include a wireless plan, only the mobile phone itself.

Winner Notification: Winner will be notified at his/her TwitterR account via Direct Message from the Twitter handle @VDayConfessions. Each potential Prize Winner must reply by TwitterR direct message within eight (8) hours of the
