Do you have a unique code from their product to put in the form when you enter? The Captcha code is working fine. It does need a code though or it won’t let you enter.
I had the same problem on my desktop. worked for me on my ipad though. don’t know why it kept saying you have to enter the captcha when we were doing it over and over.
