QR Code: To participate by scanning a QR code, locate a Macy’s Backstage Pass at a participating Macy’s retail store (not valid in furniture or clearance stores) and on various Macy’s advertising materials.
Text Message: locate a Backstage Pass in the same manner as described above with respect to QR codes. Once you’ve located a Backstage Pass text the keyword on the Backstage Pass to 62297.

I can’t enter this sweepstakes more than once per day. Each time I try to enter again I receive the message: Thanks for entering again but you can win only once in the Macy’s Backstage Pass Sweepstakes. Don’t understand because I have not won anything from this sweepstakes.

I won the 10.00 code and went to the CT store to use, they gave me the most hardest time. No one knew what it was or how to take it off my order. I stood there for 30 mins before they called the manger. He still didn’t know what it was. I hope other people don’t have this problem it was awful.
I won and went online, ordered a gift card and used my code that they email you when you win to pay for it, they send you the gift card in the mail and you don’t have to pay shipping on it, and you don’t have to deal with the customer service at Macy’s

My winning screen just disappeared as well, did anyone get any resolution when this happened to them? I’m so sad.
Sweetie I hate to bug you, but what is your best advice to all of us whose winning screen disappeared while filling out our contact info? I am just so bummed and having a hard time letting go of this. If the smaller wins automatically triggered an email confirm, wouldn’t the larger wins still be logged in their systems and have the ability to be verified?
Does anyone know if there is a winners list, still don’t know what I won from them and would like to find out. So much confusion from this sweep. 🙂
Emailed them and still have not received a response from them & the winner’s list still not available, I give up. The codes expire on Nov 14, maybe next time Macy’s could do a better job in selecting the company to run the sweepstakes. Regardless, still like shopping at Macy’s.
Shocker! Received a reply from Macy’s today, won $10… I’ll take it. Very grateful that Macy’s replied, did not expect that. Anyone else waiting, hang in there! 🙂

Emailed Macy’s & ePrize and never received an response back from them. So whatever prize that I won is now expired. Not very happy about that, I guess Macy’s saved a lot of money by not honoring the sweepstakes wins. Makes me not want to shop there because of this.
Finally received a response from ePrize which said that I did not win a prize in this sweepstakes. Here I was thinking that I won a prize and I didn’t. Even though the sweepstakes constantly told me that was one prize to a person and would not let me enter. Can’t believe this, this sweepstakes was totally messed up. LOL
