How to enter: Visit www.infusium23spa.com and submit and complete an online entry form. The numbers from any Infusium 23 product UPC must be included in your online entry form. UPC bar code numbers may be copied from Infusium 23 products at participating retail stores and online retail sites that sell Infusium 23.
Entry Limit: One entry per person/household/email address.
Prizes:
(1) Grand Prize: Spa Getaway Weekend for 2, consisting of a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to The Green Valley Spa Resort in St. George, Utah for three (3) days / two (2) nights. FYI I didn’t have to enter a UPC code. There wasn’t even a line in the entry form for one.
I did not see any where to enter a UPC. Not that I had one LOL.
