Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico) who are between 6 and 14 years old.
Entry Dates: Begins on April 15, 2010 and ends on May 31, 2010.
How to enter: Visit kids.nationalgeographic.com/contests/2010-get-caught-reading to print out and complete an entry form (PDF); or use a 3 x 5 card to print your first and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number, date of birth, and parent/guardian signature.
Put the entry in an envelope, affix first-class postage, and send it to:
