Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 48 continuous United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older and, if selected as the Grand Prize Winner, he/she must have the authority or permission to nominate a child between the ages of 6 and 17 years old (as of February 8, 2010) that is willing and able to participate in the Grand Prize event.
Entry Dates: Between 12:00 a.m. Central Time on February 8, 2010 and 11:59 p.m. CT on April 16, 2010.

Prizes:
(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive three hundred (300) tickets to a private performance by Miranda Cosgrove, not to exceed 30 minutes at a sponsor-approved venue in or near nominated child’s hometown. The event will also include an additional 45 minute DJ performance, beverages and snacks. Nominated child, their parent or legal guardian and four of child’s guests (as selected by child) will have the opportunity to participate in a “meet and greet” with Miranda Cosgrove. Winner will also receive $10,333.33 (awarded in the form of a check) to help pay for taxes on the Grand Prize. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $25,833.33.
(68) First Prizes (1 for each day of the Sweepstakes Period): Forty-Eight (48) coupons each good for a Free Box of Quaker Chewy Granola Bars – consumer will still be responsible for any local sales tax on product, where applicable. ARV of each First Prize: $177.12.
