Online it appears that you must type in your Dish network account number to enter. The rules do not state that you have to be a Dish Network member though. By mail you should be able to enter even if you don’t have a Dish Network account.

By Mail: On a plain piece of 3″ x 5″ paper, hand print your complete name, address (no PO Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), plus (optional) daytime and evening telephone numbers. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to:
