Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Entry Dates: December 17, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on February 7, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET

How to enter: Visit 1800flowers.promo.eprize.com/justinbiebersweeps You will also be asked to nominate an individual, between the ages of six (6) and twenty-five (25), that you would like to have with you for the Justin Bieber meet and greet, should you be selected as the Grand Prize winner.

Entry Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Tell A Friend Program: you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes up to a total of three (3) additional entries through the Tell A Friend Program.

Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: Meet and greet with Justin Bieber for two, includes bouquet of flower for winner from Justin Bieber. ARV $3,000.

(27) First Prizes: Justin Bieber bouquet from 1-800-Flowers. ARV $75.

(26) Second Prizes: Justin Bieber merchandise. ARV $50.
