Eligibility: open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands), age 18 and older at the time of entry.

How to Enter: Members receive entries as follows:
1. Receive ten (10) entries upon registering at www.verizon.net/espnchallenge
2. Receive ten (10) entries per day thereafter by logging in to www.verizon.net/espnchallenge (for purposes of the Promotion, a “day” is defined as any twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00:00 AM CT and ending at 11:59:59 pm CT).
3. Receive ten (10) entries for each friend a Member refers up to 100 unique friends (each friend must be a unique email address).
4. Receive ten (10) entries for clicking on a link to ESPN360.com and 5) receive five (5) entries for attempting to answer the three daily trivia questions and an additional five (5) entries each by answering a question correctly. The maximum number of entries per Member is 3,750 throughout the Promotion Period.
5. To enter by mail, handprint your first and last name, date of birth, address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address (optional), phone number (including area code) and write the words “Verizon ESPN Trivia Challenge and Instant Win Game” on a 3” x 5” card and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 11, 2010 and received by January 18, 2010. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means are void. Limit one (1) entry per outer stamped mailing envelope; maximum sixty-eight (68) entries per day. An individual participant may receive a total of three thousand seven hundred fifty (3,750) entries per person in the Sweepstakes.

I won this prize but have not received it. The confirmation email said allow 48 hours for the code to be emailed, but it's been ten days. I cannot find a place in the rules where I can contact someone to inquire about it. Do you have any ideas whom I could contact?
I even got another email today reminding me to play again since I haven't played in a while…lol.
