Eligibility. Participation is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Maine) and the District of Columbia, who are between 13 and 19 years old as of October 20, 2009.
Entry Dates: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am EST on October 20, 2009 and ends at 11:59 pm EST on December 14, 2009.
