Eligibility: open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska, who must be 19 years of age or older).

Entry Dates: begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on November 27, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on December 19, 2009.

How to enter: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

(1) Text Messaging: During the Promotional Period, participants with text messaging enabled wireless devices with a participating wireless service provider may enter the Sweepstakes by text-messaging the keyword HOLIDAY or WIN along with a tip for overcoming stress during the holiday season to the short code 332211.

OR (2) Internet Entry: Visit bbytext2win.sweeply.com/entry during the Promotional Period and follow the directions to complete and submit the online Official Entry Form.

Online you will have to submit a tip for making the holidays less stressful. You don’t have to do that if you text your entry.

Entry Limit: one entry per person/email address/email address/mobile telephone number per day, regardless of method of entry.

Prizes:

• Grand Prize: (23 winners) $250 Best Buy Gift Card
• First Prize: (25 winners) $100 Best Buy Gift Card

Prize Limit: one prize per person/household. Potential winners will be notified by telephone, express and/or e-mail on or about December 21, 2009.

Drawing Date: Potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in twenty-three (23) separate random drawings from among all eligible Entries received during each Grand Prize Entry Period on or about December 21, 2009. NON-WINNING ENTRIES FROM EACH GRAND PRIZE ENTRY PERIOD WILL NOT BE CARRIED OVER TO SUBSEQUENT GRAND PRIZE DRAWINGS; however all non-winning eligible Entries for each Grand Prize Drawing will be included in the First Prize drawing. Potential First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all non-winning eligible Entries received throughout the Promotional Period on or about December 21, 2009.
