Entry Limit: Once per day per person.

Prizes: 350 entrants will win a Flip “Ultra” Video Camera. (ARV $149.00). Any taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize if for any reason the Prize becomes unavailable.

Prize Limit: Entrants are eligible to win one prize only.

Drawing Date: A random drawing to select the 350 prize winners will be made from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period on or about October 2, 2009.

Awarding of Prizes: If your entry has been drawn as a potential winner, your prize will be mailed by US Post or other means to the address indicated in your online entry form within two (2) weeks after the drawing.
