Eligibility: open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and reside in one of the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KY, LA, MS, MT, NV, NM, NC, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA , WV and WY.

Entry Dates: begin on June 1, 2009, and is scheduled to end on July 12, 2009.

How to enter: One Game card per person will be given out to each person who enters participating locations or upon request during the Promotional Period, while supplies last. Carefully scratch off the area marked “SCRATCH HERE” on the Game Card to reveal a code. Game card code is good for one Game Play. Visit www.ChevronGiveaway.com and register by completing the registration form. Limit one (1) registration per person and email address You will be notified by email within approximately 24 hours of receipt of your Game Play whether you have or have not won a prize.

Entry Limit: one (1) Game Play per person/household and per email address per day.

Prizes: (3) Grand Prizes: Each consisting of one 2009 Malibu LS featuring standard interior and exterior equipment. ARV: $22,275.00

(2,000) Second Prizes: Each consisting of one TomTom 125 GPS. ARV: $129.95 each.

(5,000) Third Prizes: Each consisting of a one night stay at a La Quinta Inn & Suites. ARV: $75.00 each. Prize will be awarded as gift certificate good for one standard room (maximum 4 people) for one night, tax included. Gift certificate expires on 12/31/09.

(35,000) Fourth Prizes: Each consisting of one $5 Chevron gift card. ARV: $5.00 each.

Prize Limit: one (1) Grand or First prize per person.

SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: If any Grand or First Prizes are unclaimed as of 7/31/09, such prizes will be available to be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing. The Second Chance Drawing will be held on or about 8/3/09 from all remaining eligible entrants who did not win a prize. Limit of one second chance entry per person/email address.
