Voting Requests

Contests are different than sweepstakes because they usually require some skill or extra form of work to enter. A contest may require that the entrant write an essay, submit a photo, make up a jingle or video, or answer trivia.

In the past I have helped some readers get votes for their contest entries. More and more readers want me to promote them as well and while I would love to help each person individually I just don’t have the time so I came up with this solution.

This “Vote for Me” Contest Database is a place where you can add your own contest info. Hopefully readers will review it on a regular basis and vote for others just like they would want others to vote for them.

Feel free to remind readers in the chatroom that you are entering a contest and ask for their votes. You don’t need to email me to ask if you can do that. I just ask that you do it respectfully and not make it a constant topic in the chatroom.

You can also request votes by posting them on my Facebook on the Discussions tab only.

To add your information FILL OUT THIS FORM or click the ADD button below and it will appear in the database below. If you make a mistake you will need to setup a free www.zoho.com account and then come back and fix it by clicking the Edit button next to your entry. If you still can’t figure it out email Wendy.
